Hypervent Redux

Got out with Ryan for an 8am ride up Hypervent.

WAY better morning than the disasterous ride up Swine Flu yesterday.

Was light rain when we left.  But on the trail it was really good.  Cool, but heated up pretty good when riding.

Happy with the ride this morning.

May 18 - Swine Flu/Mad Cow

Got out today with Carrie, James, and Wade.

Did Swine Flu.

I was feeling good but then fell apart going up.  Don't think I ate enough for diner or breakfast.

Was ok for a second ride and for it to be back to back from yesterdays big ride.

Will be better next time.

May 17 - First Mountain Ride

Got out with Kelly and Dan.  For a good first ride today.
Parked at Coal Creek Road

Roots - Hyperventalation - Down Hypervent - Past car - up road to Ridgemont - Sidewider - Eco Terrorist - Kids Stuff  - Erics trails.

Was a really good first day.  Weather held.

Will see what the rest of the weekend brings.
